Saudi Aramco is about to construct eleven stadiums in Saudi Arabia. The King Abdullah Program was designed to take sports facilities to the next level throughout the country. The stadiums will be in Madinah, Al-Qassim, Eastern Province, Asir, Tabuk, Hail, Northern Borders Region, Jazan, Najran, Baha and Al-Jouf. Each stadium will be able to seat 45,000 people. The Saudis assure that the stadiums will be built in accordance with international standards. This development is meant to encourage youth sports. Read more at Technical Review Middle East.
