Ramel Media is a movement to take back the media surrounding the Middle East. To cure the chaos. That is what we are here to do. We are here to give you the most important information covering the Middle East, so you get it. Not get it from your parent’s perspective, or your ethnic background’s perspective, or your religion’s perspective, but as it is. Ramel means sand in Arabic. The truth, you see, is usually made up of a trillion little versions. The trillion little versions are the same thing as a trillion little grains of sand. We don’t think the truth can be too controversial, or too graphic, or too slanted or too objective for that matter. We believe that the truth is very often a hidden object that is so large, you need trillions of little lights for it to be seen.  We want to give you the occupier’s testimony, the occupied’s confession, the rebel’s ambitions and the regime’s warnings. We want the farmer and the soldier to be heard through us. The sex worker, the royal and the tortured victim to have their stories amplified. Let Ramel be your instructions on the Middle East. In the words of John Green’s Paper Towns

There are a thousand ways to look at it: maybe the strings break, or maybe our ships sink, or maybe we’re grass – our roots are so interdependent that no one is dead as long as someone is still alive.
